Peter and Kerry Tull with their three children Brendan, Steven and Nicole formed Murrinstone Olives in December 2002, comprising of 1500 trees Frantoio and Leccino for Olive Oil and Savilano for table olives.

Murrinstone previously known for supreme Simmental Cattle breeding now is becoming widely known for their quality Olive Oil after winning a Bronze Medal in the Hunter Valley 2008 Olive Oil competition.
